We offer a variety of baked goods for people who have food sensitivities. Our goal is to provide delicious tasting items which are baked fresh weekly for the farmers market and baked to order in the off season. Everything is made from scratch using the highest quality non-GMO products and as many organic ones as well.

Summer 2025: We’ve spent the winter months perfecting “Almond Croissants.” They’re both gluten and dairy free and can also be made egg free.

Also new on the menu this year is SOURDOUGH. Using a special flour blend we can say it is top 10 allergy free. A
